The Municipal District of Pincher Creek No. 9 does not require businesses operating within its municipal boundaries to have a Business License to operate within its municipal boundaries. Regional Licensing may be required if the business is conducted within the Town of Pincher Creek or in other municipalities. It is the responsibility of the business owner to obtain this regional license.
