Amending a Bylaw

According to the Municipal Government Act and Section 27 - Amending A Bylaw of Land Use By-Law 1140-08, any section or part of a by-law may be amended.

Any persons applying to amend a by-law shall apply in writing to the Development Officer using the Application for Amendment to the Land Use Bylaw Form. An application fee of $600 must accompany the applicaiton.

The Development Officer will then submit the application to the Council which shall be responded to within 90 days.
