Making Payments
Payments for monies owing to the MD of Pincher Creek No. 9 (taxes,accounts recievable, Lundbreck utility bills) can be made by any of the following means:

Mail

Send a cheque or money order (do not send cash) to:

Pincher Creek, AB T0K 1W0

Record your roll number or your customer number on the cheque and enclose the return portion of your bill.  The envelope must be postmarked by Canada Post on or before the due date, otherwise late payment penalties will be added.

Post-Dated Cheques

Post-dated cheques are accepted by the Municipality.  The cheques must be dated for the due date or earlier to avoid penalty. Record your roll number, or customer number, on the cheque and enclose the return portion of your bill with payment. At this time, pre-authorized payments are not accepted.

In Person

Payment may be made to the administration office located at:

753 Kettles Street
Pincher Creek, AB

between 8:00 a.m. 12:00 and 1:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.  Interac debit card service is available.  Credit cards are not accepted at this time.

On Line/Tele-Banking

Check with your financial institution to make arrangments to allow the use of the internet and/or tele-banking for making payments.

Credit Card

Credit Cards are accepted for everything but property taxes.
