Assessment

M.D. of Pincher Creek’s property assessments for taxation purposes are carried out by Doug Jensen Assessment Services. The Assessor is usually in our office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of each week. Property owners have 30 days from date of mailing of Tax Notices to file a complaint regarding their assessed values. A complaint form can be found on the back of the tax notice.

Our assessment roll is open for public viewing all year long for no charge. It is located in the Administration Office at 753 Kettles Street, Pincher Creek, Alberta. Doug Jensen Assessment Services Lethbridge, Alberta M.D.
