Hamlet of Beaver Mines has no Municipal water or sewer services provided to the residences.
There is weekly garbage pick-up on Tuesday’s at no cost to the residences.
The Municipal District of Pincher Creek supplies utility services for the Hamlet of Lundbreck. The services included are Water, Sewer and Garbage Pick-up. Garbage pick-up is on Thursdays of each week.
These services are billed by-monthly and charged on the first of the month in February, April, June, August, October, and December.
The rates as of January 12, 2010 as per Bylaw 1188-09:
Bi-Monthly Rates (2 months):
Non Senior Senior (age 65 & over)
Single Water Service $64.60 $64.60
Single Sewer Service $40.40 $40.40
Single Garbage Service $10.00 $5.00
Bi-Monthly Total $115.00 $110.00
Terms-NET 30 DAYS. 1.5% Penalty will be charged monthly on all overdue accounts.

There is a $50.00 connection fee that will be charged:
- When public works department has to connect any water utilities that have been physically disconnected.
- This will be charged to any new residences.
- Reconnection resulting from a disconnection that has resulted from non-payment of account.
- Reconnection fees resulting from construction on the property.
- This charge will be waived if the account is being transferred to a new property owner when no physical connection is required.
- Reconnection requires 48 hours notice to our administration office.
New services
The customer is responsible for costs required to install the water/sewer services and have connections installed.
The Municipal District of Pincher Creek is responsible for maintaining services.
