Refuse Dumpster - Effective immediately, a refuse dumpster will be located within the Village of Cowley for residents of the MD to dispose of their household waste material. The dumpster is located behind the Village of Cowley Administration Office by the recycling bins.

Public Notice from Alberta Health Services regarding the quality of drinking water in Beaver Mines and Area

Property owners of the Municipal District of Pincher Creek who have sustained damage to personal property as a result of the rain event earlier this week should take photos to document their damage, contact their insurance company and the Municipal District of Pincher Creek. We are anticipating the provincial government will announce a provincial program for financial assistance. Once a provincial program is announced details will be available.

Furthermore, residents are advised that they can submit their well water for testing on Mondays and Tuesday to the Pincher Creek Hospital.  Approved bottles must be used (which can be picked up at the Pincher Creek Hospital) samples must be taken after 9 a.m. and must be returned to the hospital by noon on the same day. http://www.albertahealthservices.ca/8294.asp
