Rental of Meeting Room

Please note - Meeting room is NOT handi-capped accessible.

The MD has a large room can accommodate up to 50 people, depending on use, located in the basement. 

The meeting room in the basement of the MD building shall be made available without charge for meetings for not-for-profit organizations. 

Bookings for the room will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

When the building is used after business hours (4:30 pm - 8:00 am), a key may be obtained from the office (8:00 am - 12:00 pm & 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm), which may be picked up during business hours and returned the following morning. 

The organization using the room is responsible to insure that the building is locked and secure, with the interior lights out, at the conclusion of the meeting. 

Prior to leaving, the organization using the room is responsible to ensure that the room is clean and all chairs, tables and other materials are put away.  Any costs incurred by the MD relating to the room usage will be charged to the organization. 

The serving of food in the meeting room is discouraged, except for serving beverages, not provided by the MD. There are no kitchen services available. 

Administration reserves the right to refuse to book the room to any organization.
